The echoes of success still resonate from the Musica Orbis Prague 2023 festival and leave a lasting mark on the tapestry of musical history. This year’s edition featured six exceptional choirs and two orchestras that have elevated Prague to the realm of musical eminence.
The venerable Church of Saints Simon and Jude provided the backdrop for a riveting competition, while the harmonious acoustics of the Church of the Holy Saviour heralded a captivating opening. The prestigious New Town Hall echoed with the enchanting strains of the festival concerts, where emotion and heritage mingled in a rich tableau of music.
As part of this musical narrative, Elżbieta Wtorkowska (PL) led a workshop that delved into the intricate craft of voice warm-up as a means of vocal education, revealing layers of musical knowledge.
The Musica Orbis Prague Festival 2023 celebrated music’s timeless ability to connect, uplift and inspire – from every resonant note to the harmonious connection between performers and audience.
